The Rehab After Birth online course is for immediately after your birth - a bespoke recovery guide and 4 mini-exercise sessions are delivered to your inbox (0-6 weeks after birth); this early, gentle movement will help lay the foundation to your postnatal recovery.

Core and pelvic floor rehab classes are held at The Recreation Rooms in Linslade on Sundays 8-9pm. Join the class or access it from home instead, with 24/7 access. Or choose both!
