The Rehab After Birth online course is for immediately after your birth - a bespoke recovery guide and 4 mini-exercise sessions are delivered to your inbox (0-6 weeks after birth); this early, gentle movement will help lay the foundation to your postnatal recovery.

Core & pelvic floor rehab classes have a strong focus on pelvic floor rehabilitation, core abdominal activation and the healing of abdominal separation. If you'd like to feel energised again and pave your return to exercise - register for a FREE (online) taster class.
