Mother Nurture Pilates offers both antenatal and postnatal Pilates classes in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire. Run by specialist Women’s Health Physiotherapist Jo Dyson, you can be sure you are in expert hands.


A Women's Health Physiotherapist with over 15 years experience and Certified Pilates Instructor since 2012, Jo‘s antenatal exercise classes will help your body adapt to the demands of pregnancy and manage the aches and pains that go with it!

The antenatal course helps Mums to be improve core/pelvic strength during their pregnancy, and is great way to help rid pelvic pain and back ache. Learn how to integrate movement and breathing strategies into everyday life in a way which helps prevent leaking, overloading the abdominals and pressure on pelvic organs.


Postnatal exercise classes have a strong focus on pelvic floor rehabilitation, core abdominal activation and the healing of abdominal separation. Pilates will help you safely return to fitness after birth, leave you feeling energised and stronger plus pave your return to exercise - whatever that may be.


All Pilates classes are held at The Studio, off Grovebury Road in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire.

"Jo’s 4 week antenatal Pilates class is great. A lovely room and exercises that are totally tailored to pregnant ladies. Gives you a good workout - makes you feel you’ve done something useful and worthwhile.


There’s a goodie bag at the first class with useful bits and the class gets a WhatsApp group where Jo shares helpful pictures to remind you of exercises to do at home and also useful links to other helpful info.
