This class would be ideal for you if:
You have recently had a baby, at least 6 weeks ago (if you had a vaginal delivery) or 8 weeks ago (if you had a Caesarean or instrumental delivery),
Your children are older but you still need to tackle leaking, tone your abs or have prolapse and need a pelvic floor focused class,
You want to re-build your core strength and recover your pelvic floor function effectively, under the instruction of an experienced Physiotherapist,
You are keen to resume general exercise eg running, bootcamp but want to build your core stability and recover from pregnancy first,
You suffer with back pain, leak urine, have abdominal separation or prolapse and want specialised guidance in what exercises can treat this effectively,
You had an episiotomy or perineal tear and would like to learn how exercise can help you to recover from this,
You would like to enjoy some time for YOU!
