  • you have recently had a baby, at least 6 weeks ago (if you had a vaginal delivery) or 8 weeks ago (if you had a Cesarean or instrumental delivery),

  • You want to re-build your core strength and recover your pelvic floor function effectively, under the instruction of an experienced Physiotherapist,

  • You are keen to resume general exercise eg running, bootcamp but want to build your core stability and recover from pregnancy first,

  • You suffer with back pain, leak urine, have abdominal separation or prolapse and want specialised guidance in what exercises can treat this effectively,

  • You had an episiotomy or perineal tear and would like to learn how exercise can help you to recover from this,

  • You would like to enjoy some time for YOU!
